Local orders (Within Australia) take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-2 business days.
International orders take up to 14 business days to be delivered (This is due to COVID-19 restrictions on International cargo flights)

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy:If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. Timing: we have a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.For returns, please email hello@upmovement.co with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Most people are sceptical of the 100% business model, saying that 'there's no way you can be sustainable with that'. The truth is, we don't make a lot of money for ourselves at all. We exist solely to help our social cause. While we are set up as a for-profit business, we aren't taking any of the profits ourselves. 

Currently, our workers are volunteers. We retain enough money to keep the lights on, but everything else is donated away. 

We are looking for other income streams for our business - including grants. 

Donations will be available in the near future. 

You will receive a tracking number along with the email we send when we ship your order. Your order will either be shipped with Sendle or Aus Post, depending on where the package is being delivered.

Our socks are made of 80% Cotton, 15% Nylon and 5% Spandex

Yes there are! This is very important. Make sure to check the size before ordering a pair of socks.

Some designs only have one size, whereas some others have two different sizes. 

Each product has its size in the description. Please read before purchasing!
