WHAT IS UPMOVEMENT'S RETURNS POLICY?

All UPmovement orders have an extended 30-day returns policy

We design our socks and gear to help you live your best life, so if they don't fit right or are faulty, we've got you covered. We give you 30 days to try out your UPmovement purchases, confidently knowing you can return items for any reason within those 30 days. Even after 30 days, you can still return items if they're unworn and unwashed.

And remember, there are no return fees.

So go ahead, shop with confidence, and enjoy your 30-day trial.

How do I return an UPmovement order?
Each return order is unique, and in many instances it can depend on how many pairs of socks you ordered. Please email us at hello@upmovement.co with your order number and the request being made and we'll be happy to help you through returning any order!

Can I exchange an UPmovement order?
The best way to exchange an order is to simply place a new order or request the same item again. Please do this via emailing us at hello@upmovement.co 

How do I return a defective or faulty product?
We stand behind all of our Australian made socks. If your item is potentially defective or flawed, and it's been less than 30 days since your UPmovement purchase, simply email us with photographic evidence of the flaw, and we'll be happy to either exchange, or provide you with a new pair. 

How do I return a UPmovement store purchase?
UPmovement socks are sold in many various stores across Australia and New Zealand. Purchases made at any retail store must be returned to the store. Please note that our store returns policies may differ from our online returns policies. Make sure that you ask the store if you have questions about their policies.
